Very nice capture of schlieren through the retinotomy and a tight maneuver to inject miochol from the pars plana to the AC. Large, inferior, long standing macula off retinal detachment.

86-year old, hard of hearing, white cataract with a touch of brunescent nucleus, pseudoexfoliation, zonular insufficiency, 21mm AXL, and barely enough AC to put blue in.
